At BOMAFA we are proud to announce that our valves satisfy the strict demands for safety. Furthermore, the function under adverse conditions, meet statutory requirements and account for unplanned stoppages. To meet such demands, our entire development programme has been designed to ensure that quality is key. And at BOMAFA, quality does not just exist in one or two stages of the production process. It starts from the moment the initial plans are drawn and extends right through to the entire production stage.
The quality management of BOMAFA is certified under DIN EN ISO 9001. However, our commitment to quality does not end there - our approach is that of equal importance to attaining formal qualifications is ensuring that our highly experienced employees have the 'need for quality' in their mind with each task they undertake. Consequently, we are able to deliver products of high precision and the highest quality from the modern plant.
The expression 'highest quality' not only applies to the materials that we use and the finished products that we deliver but also to our machinery. At BOMAFA, our machinery consists of: lathes for components to 1600 mm diameter and sub merged ARC welding equipment for products weighing up to 5000 kg. Furthermore, our pneumatic and hydraulic actuators are actually developed by our sister company asfa Antriebssysteme.
Naturally, the approval of our valves by such certifying bodies as TÜV, German Lloyd, British Lloyd, Het Stoomwesen etc. is greatly valued.
