We proudly present our brand new interactive virtual showroom
The new virtual BOMAFA showroom is located in the middle of our production hall and shows our entire valve portfolio in 3D. What was not easily possible before has now been realized. Our guests log in via browser and activate their camera image and sound. In contrast to the two-dimensionality of Zoom & Co, they now start in real time in the virtual BOMAFA brand space, can move and talk to each other. Here we present our products, dive into them together, configure variations and discuss details. A completely new way of conducting a customer conversation.
How did it come about?
Last year, we had to completely rethink our sales activities in a very short time and quickly came to video conferencing, which fortunately became established around the globe. With the new tools, things have definitely improved: faster appointment options, more focused meetings and, of course, huge time gains. The travel budget was reduced to 5%.
However, the personality that is so important for our customers is lost in the process. The question was: How can we show that we have appropriate manufacturing capacities, how can we demonstrate our range of services, how can we differentiate ourselves if everything only takes place in a neutral zoom environment?

From now on, we invite our contacts from India, Asia and South America to visit us, show them the production capacities and the product advantages. All virtually. Once a product is ready for delivery, we can also use it to organize product handover and, in the longer term, customer service. The possibilities are enormous and we will explore them.
One thing is certain: we have taken another enormous step in the direction of digitization.
