BOMAFA has the opportunity to promote even greater integration in training with financial support from the state of North Rhine-Westphalia and the European Social Fund. The funding will be directed towards enhancing German language proficiency and supporting the professional development of apprentices.

BOMAFA has the opportunity to promote in-company training within the association with financial support from the state of North Rhine-Westphalia and the European Union.

These funds are necessary and important in order to provide trainees with a broad-based qualification and ultimately counteract the shortage of skilled workers in the industrial-technical sector.
